   Ms. Attell has incorporated into the Attell Method different modalities of teaching Acting to Directors, Writers, Non Actors, Children, Teens, Speakers and Businessmen.  This method is an effective tool for quick memorization and is excellent for self-esteem, public speaking and presentations.  Ms. Attell is a board certified Hypnotherapist who is a pioneer in Body Science.  The Attell Method uses techniques of guided imagery and relaxation and improvisation exercises combined with animal body movement.  The Attell method delves deeper than just regular guided imagery, allowing all blockages to disappear while deepening mental awareness and making the learning process easier.
